Gray - 1919 Law Enforcement Lifesaver is designed to provide all LE Personnel from the Rookie Patrol Officer to the SWAT Commander to the Chief of the Department with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide life saving tactics for themselves or fellow officers. LE Lifesaver is based on the Tactical Combat Casualty Care Guidelines used by the United States Military to decrease preventable combat death at the point of wounding. Soldiers have been dying the same way since the Civil War, TCCC was developed to stop this pattern, by utilizing the proper knowledge and correct tools to decrease preventable death.
